DELIVERY & HANDLING
Right after your purchase, I will contact you personally confirming the estimated packaging and delivery times, as both depend on the size or the purchased work.Please note that it can take up to one week to send original artworks finished (EU) and up to two or three weeks for comissioned artworks.
I use a tracked service and i will send you the confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your painting(s) are dispatched. In case of your order is particulary urgent or you require it in time for a certain date or special occation, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate myself for this.
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all the duty taxes associated with the importation of purchased products.
There is always an option to contract a specific insurance at the buyer´s expense.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The shipping cost incurred for returning your item(s) are at the buyer´s expense. A refund will be provided on full-priced items if:
- the items are in original condition, with all tags attached.
- the items have not been damaged.
- you notify and return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Once your return has been received, inspected and aproved , I will refund you by your original payment method.Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received.Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.
Unfortunatelly comissioned works made especially for you can´t be returned.
AUTHENTICITY
Every painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist on the back.
COMISSISONS
